Accredited Exercise Physiology - 100% Telehealth
Energise Physiology offers specialised Exercise Physiology for people navigating POTS, hypermobility, Long COVID, and CFS/ME.
Specialised, considered movement for bodies that don't follow the standard rules.
A racing heart, dizziness on standing, and exhaustion that doesn't match your activity level. Movement can help - when it's done right.
Joints that overextend, pain that's hard to explain, and a body that needs very specific loading to build strength safely.
Crashes after activity, unpredictable fatigue, and a nervous system that doesn't follow the rules. Careful, calibrated movement makes the difference.
Energy that runs out without warning and boom-and-bust cycles that leave you worse. Real pacing - not just "do less" - is the starting point.
Most people I work with followed the advice they were given and still crashed. It wasn't their fault - the advice wasn't built for their nervous system.
Standard exercise advice is built for healthy, regulated nervous systems. POTS, Long COVID, and CFS bodies don't follow the rules, so the approach has to be different.
Pacing isn't just "do less." It means having a thoughtful Plan A for good days and a Plan B for bad ones, so there's always a safe, purposeful option.
I won't promise a cure. But I'll be honest about what's possible, work hard with the knowledge I have, and adjust when things don't go to plan.
I created Energise Physiology specifically so that people anywhere could access proper, specialised support for POTS, hypermobility, Long COVID, and CFS/ME - without having to leave their home. Everything I do is online, and I work with people of all ages.
Outside of work I love spending time with my dog, and I'm a very serious bookworm. If you ever want a recommendation, ask me!
Most importantly, I genuinely believe that movement can change lives, even when your body is being difficult.
This isn't a condition I found in a textbook. My best friend Sarah was diagnosed with POTS. And my mentor Deb has Long COVID and POTS herself. Watching both of them finally gain some control over their symptoms through movement - after years of being dismissed - was one of the most profound things I've witnessed.
I had a client who was doing everything right on paper — resting when needed, attempting gentle movement, following advice from people who genuinely wanted to help. And she was still crashing. One day her mum asked: "We are trying so hard. Why isn't anything working?" That question stayed with me. I went back to the research and built something better. Not a rigid program, but a framework that could flex with the condition, with a plan for good days and a plan for bad days.
Standard exercise advice isn't designed for autonomic dysfunction. Once I understood that, everything changed. The framework I use accounts for delayed crashes, fluctuating capacity, and nervous system sensitivity.
Over time, the crashes became less frequent. The good days became more predictable. People started to feel like they had some control back. That's what I want for everyone I work with.
POTS, Long COVID and hEDS rarely travel alone. I work collaboratively with GPs, specialists, physios and OTs, because communication across a care team is what produces the best outcomes.
All sessions are delivered via telehealth. Every journey starts with a free discovery call.
Book this first to talk through what's going on, ask any questions, and figure out together what support makes sense for you. No pressure, no commitment.
For those who need more frequent contact and accountability. Best for clients with complex, unpredictable symptoms or multiple conditions which require high-touch, responsive support.
A 6-week introduction to safe movement built around the Baseline, Response, Pace, Adapt framework - with Plan A and Plan B built in from week one, so you're never guessing.
A thorough assessment to identify your needs and establish suitability. This is where your baseline is set and your personalised plan begins.
A community built for people navigating POTS and Long COVID - because managing a dysregulated nervous system is a lot easier when you're not doing it alone. This isn't a general wellness group. It's a space designed specifically around how your body works, led by someone who understands why standard advice doesn't cut it.
There's also a dedicated section for parents and carers - because supporting someone with POTS or Long COVID comes with its own set of challenges, and you deserve a space too.
The first 20 people to register interest get 6 months completely free. If that sounds like something you need, put your name down now.

Book a Free Discovery CallSpecialist Exercise Physiology for patients with POTS, dysautonomia, hypermobility, Long COVID, and CFS/ME.
I work with complex, multi-system presentations within multidisciplinary teams - GPs, cardiologists, rheumatologists, physios, and OTs. Communication lines stay open. Your patient's full picture matters.
Evidence-based exercise prescription for autonomic dysfunction. The approach I use is grounded in current evidence for exercise in autonomic dysfunction, specifically the importance of avoiding upright positioning in early stages, incremental progression, and symptom-guided pacing.
I use objective measures - heart rate response, symptom scoring, and activity logs - to track progress and adjust the program. This means you receive meaningful clinical data when I report back to the team.
Referrals can be made via a standard referral letter, GP Management Plan, or simply by encouraging your patient to book a free discovery call directly. No formal paperwork is required.
Use the referral form above or send a standard referral letter directly to Jess. No formal paperwork required — a brief clinical summary is all that's needed to get started.
